Širimo svoj mali ali pasionirani tim, pa ćemo poželeti dobrodošlicu backend programeru/ki, koji/a će raditi na našim platformama.

Šta razvijamo?

  • Od 2014. godine razvijamo platformu za mobilne aplikacije, za medije i sportske organizacije. Pogledaj
  • Razvijamo sistem za skladištenje i arhiviranje fotografija, video snimaka i drugih medijskih sadržaja.
  • Od 2023. radimo i na implementaciji AI alata u naša rešenja. Jedno od njih je , ali ima i drugih. Ovo su uzbudljive stvari, objasnićemo ti na intervjuu.

Ne radimo outsourcing
, već isključivo razvijamo svoje projekte. Neki od naših partnera su Blic, Krik, Insajder, Panathinaikos FC, FK Partizan, Leeds United, AS Roma, RTS, B92, Hrvatska Radio Televizija, grčka košarkaška liga, Politika, i drugi.

Koga tražimo?

  • Radoznalu osobu gladnu znanja, koja želi da nešto novo nauči svaki dan i da brzo napreduje
  • Nekoga ko zna da koristi i znanja drugih (dobar/ra si sa Googlom, Stack Overflowom)
  • Kandidata koji se ne plaši da agresivno koristi AI alate za programiranje, jer zna da Claude Code nije zamena za programera, već alat koji će utrostručiti njegovu/njenu efikasnost

Očekivanja:

  • Ovo je oglas za junior poziciju. U redu je ako nemaš iskustva, tek si završio/la fakultet, pa čak i ako još uvek pumpaš, a želiš da počneš sa radom
  • Radio/la si u Laravel frameworku, na fakultetu, na praksi ili onako za svoju dušu
  • Znaš kako funkcioniše REST API i slični servisi
  • MySQL ti je dobro poznat, snalaziš se i u Linux terminalu
  • Ne plašiš se rada u Pythonu - radićeš i u toj tehnologiji, uz pomoć AI alata

Dnevno ćeš koristiti Laravel, MySQL, povremeno i određene frontend tehnologije (imamo stručnjaka koji radi na ovom delu, ipak će ti backend biti glavni fokus). Određene delove naših projekata razvijamo u Pythonu, tako da ćeš raditi i u njemu, čak i ukoliko dosad nemaš takva iskustva. Claude Code će ti ovde mnogo pomoći.

Šta nudimo?

Ovo je junior pozicija u obliku plaćene prakse, ali s nadom za brzim napredovanjem i stalnim zaposlenjem. Tražimo brze učenike, a naš mali tim znači da ćeš odmah biti "bačen/a u vatru". Rad na realnim projektima je naš način učenja, naravno uz saradnju sa iskusnijim kolegama. Nismo još imali saradnika koji koji kod nas nije dosta i brzo napredovao.

Praksa je plaćena RSD mesečno, sa radnim vremenom od 30 sati nedeljno, i traje do 3 meseca.

Ako se u ta tri meseca nađemo, naša želja je da postaneš redovni član našeg tima – većina ljudi koji radi u našem mladom timu od 13 ljudi je započelo svoju karijeru na taj način.

Javi nam se, dođi da vidiš šta smo razvili dosad, da ti objasnimo šta znače "Skraćeni petak", "Duže spavam jedno jutro svake nedelje", "Ideja koju smo našli u ćevapu", predstavimo kako funkcioniše interna liga u eFootballu, ali pre svega da razgovaramo o tome da li bi Appworks bio mesto za tebe.

Gde ćeš da radiš?

Naše kancelarije su u Vlajkovićevoj 15, tako da se u krugu od 1.000 metara od nas nalazi najmanje 7 naših klijenata koje volimo. Ako proširimo krug na par hiljada kilometara, broj istih se značajno povećava. Atmosfera i način rada odgovaraće ljudima kojima odgovara rad u manjim timovima, gde je tvoja odgovornost veća, ali i napredak isto tako.
