We are looking for a confident, professional, and friendly Live Receptionist to represent our company through live video chat. You will be the first impression for every visitor, providing a warm welcome, answering questions, and directing clients to the right team.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the on-camera face of our company
  • Greet and assist visitors via live video chat
  • Provide basic company information and transfer calls/chats quickly and accurately
  • Log inquiries in the CRM system and support smooth hand offs to internal teams
  • Maintain a calm, clear, and professional presence at all times


What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent English (C1–C2), clear accent (other languages a plus)
  • Polished, presentable, and always camera-ready
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Experience in customer service/front desk is a plus
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable with technology
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
