Role in a nutshell:

Now we're looking for a German & English speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.


Please note:
This is a full-time, office-based position that requires your full presence at our brand new office in Belgrade. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

Responsibilities:

Providing support in German by email and Live chats;

Processing with great attention to details and content;

Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;

Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;

Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken;

Proactive person with good support/sales skills;

Strong communication and negotiation skills;

Attention to detail;

Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
