Project Manager – Construction
, offering candidates the opportunity to become part of our partners' team in Libya. This role provides the chance to work on significant international projects and gain valuable experience abroad, representing an excellent step forward for anyone looking to advance their career and expand their professional horizons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and scheduling timelines, milestones, and deadlines for the zones under their responsibility.
  • Leading the team and coordinating with the project team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Controlling and approving all relevant on-site documentation.
  • Allocating resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal utilization and workflow.
  • Communicating and reporting with departments, including the team, subcontractors, and workers.
  • Providing vision and innovation for future projects.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management with progressively increasing responsibility.
  • Certification or license is an advantage.
  • Leadership experience on construction projects.
  • Experience with detailed planning, quality and quantity control, and project goal analysis.
  • Experience with internal departmental communication and communication at all management levels.
  • Proficiency in using software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Primavera.
  • Strong skills in using software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to align with the company's vision and mission.
  • Strategic thinking and creative planning.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
