BRAND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Lokacija rada: Beograd

AKO VERUJEŠ DA SI KROZ SVOJE ISKUSTVO RADA STEKAO/LA:

  • Minimalno 3 godine iskustva na području brand managementa (poželjno u FMCG kompanijama) ili iskustvo u srodnom marketinškom polju sa željom da razviješ veštine brand management-a
  • Analitičke veštine (poželjno iskustvo rada sa Nielsen podacima),
  • Izražen timski duh, proaktivnost i komunikativnost

OVA PRILIKA TI PRUŽA MOGUĆNOST DA:

  • Aktivno učestvuješ u definisanju strategije i strateškog razvoja kategorije/brendova,
  • Implementiraš definisanu strategiju kroz postavljen plan aktivnosti i aktivno učestvuješ u razvoju novih proizvoda,
  • Sprovodiš analize i razumeš potrošačke trendove,
  • Pratiš tržišne cene u odnosu na ključne konkurente i prodajne rezultate proizvoda,
  • Sarađuješ sa eksternim marketinškim agencijama i aktivno učestvuješ u razvoju ATL / BTL komunikacije i upravljanju kampanja,
  • Učestvuješ u definisanju potreba brenda u okviru 360 medijskih planova i u kreiranju optimalnog media mix-a,
  • Kontrolišeš i koordiniraš dodeljenim budžetom i aktivno učestvuješ u kreiranju godišnjeg plana raspodele budžeta.
