has been providing recruitment and selection services across all levels (from top management to entry-level positions), as well as HR administration, payroll, BPO solutions, temporary staffing, and a wide range of HR consulting services.

As our local team continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and highly organized
Office Manager
to take ownership of daily operations and ensure our office runs efficiently and smoothly. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment and enjoys being at the heart of team operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain business documentation, including sorting, forwarding, and archiving materials
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, and maintain accurate records of correspondence
  • Coordinate insurance cards, corporate gifts, and other office distributions
  • Register and file all documents in accordance with internal procedures
  • Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings for employees and management
  • Facilitate effective communication and information flow across teams and departments
  • Prepare and send official correspondence, forms, and business letters as instructed
  • Maintain databases and administrative records
  • Track office expenses and prepare regular reports
  • Monitor office supply levels and ensure timely procurement of necessary materials
  • Provide administrative assistance and support to employees and external partners as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office management, administration, or executive support
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good command of English
  • Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
