If you love digital marketing, analytics, and personalized campaigns, this is the opportunity for you In our team, you will work on innovative CRM strategies, test new approaches, and use cutting-edge marketing automation tools.

What will you do?


•Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, digital banking and mobile app)


•Experiment with A/B testing to find the best strategies


•Monitor campaign performance through key KPIs and optimize strategies


•Prepare performance reports and propose actionable insightsand innovative approaches


•Analyze data and segment users for creating personalized offers


•Collaborate with analytics, design, and IT teams to improve the user experience

What are we looking for?


•Passion for digital marketing and CRM campaigns


•Experience or interest in digital commerce / digital banking and mobile apps


•Basic HTML and WordPress skills (content updates, small fixes)


•Understanding of UX/UI and digital channels


•Understanding of customer journey


•Basic knowledge of data analysis and A/B testing


•Proactivity, creativity, and curiosity for exploring new trends


•Excellent knowledge of MS office tools


•Excellent organizational and communication skills


•University degree (bachelor's or higher)


•Preferably a 2+ years of experience in managing CRM campaigns, desirably in the financial sector


•Active knowledge of English
