Our Sales Team is looking for an experienced and active CRM manager to enhance the results of our CRM campaigns.

You will…

Launch CRM campaigns in email, push, SMS, WA and in-product channels (from scratch and according to templates).

Write and edit texts, work with the email editor, collect mailings in the platform (Intercom, Bloomreach or analogs).

Set up trigger chains: engagement series, NPS, cross-sell / upsell scenarios, RFM segments.

Work with segmentation and audiences: RFM, churn (old churn), pre-churn active, upsell potential, etc.

Conduct A/B tests: topics, texts, offers, sending time, segments.

Analyze metrics effectiveness: open rate, CTR, CR, unsubscribes, revenue, ARPU, retention in different cohorts and CLTV.

Work with sales, analytics and product, teacher ops teams to increase retention and repeat sales.
