Responsibilities:


• Posting invoices and financial transactions (incoming/outgoing, cash, bank statements), and controlling documentation prior to posting.


• Inventory, material, and financial accounting; inventory closing and calculations (purchase/production costs), working with norms and inter-warehouse transfers.


• Reconciliation of intercompany receivables and payables (related parties) and maintaining intercompany records.


• Regular VAT calculation (monthly, in accordance with the law) and preparation of accompanying reports.


• Determining business results and tax liabilities; preparing closing entries and opening balances.


• Assisting the Chief Accountant in preparing financial statements, consolidated reports, and transfer pricing documentation; supporting the preparation of the tax balance.


• Preparing periodic financial and operational reports for management (revenues/expenses, inventory, profitability).


• Cooperation with auditors, the Tax Administration, and other institutions.


• Monitoring accounting and tax regulations and ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

Qualifications:


• Degree in Economics or equivalent; minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.


• Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience working in ERP systems (preferably UPIS).


• Excellent knowledge of tax and accounting regulations of the Republic of Serbia; experience in manufacturing companies is an advantage.


• Understanding of transfer pricing documentation is desirable.

• Ability to independently resolve complex accounting issues and propose solutions.


• Good communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment; willingness for continuous learning.
