Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Accounting located in Belgrade. The Head of Accounting will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial statements, managing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Day-to-day tasks also include analyzing financial data to support business decisions, and ensuring the accuracy of the accounting records. The Head of Accounting will work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Proven experience in financial management and accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
