We are seeking
Head of Facility Management who
is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing facility management strategies to ensure that all company buildings, infrastructure, and services operate efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. This role oversees maintenance, workplace services, sustainability initiatives, security, and vendor management to provide an optimal working environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement facility management strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Lead long-term planning for space utilization, sustainability, and building lifecycle management
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in workplace services and operational excellence

Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for buildings, equipment, and utilities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Implement energy efficiency, waste management, and sustainability initiatives

Workplace & Services

  • Ensure the workplace environment supports productivity, well-being, and safety
  • Oversee space planning, office relocations, renovations, and fit-outs
  • Manage security, cleaning and other support services

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Prepare and manage annual facility budgets, ensuring cost control and efficiency
  • Establishing and implementing tenders for the procurement of basic services (cleaning, security, maintenance of greenery and snow removal, facade cleaning) as well as others as needed.
  • Negotiate and oversee contracts with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers
  • Track KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the facility management team across multiple sites
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer service
  • Ensure effective communication between internal stakeholders and FM teams

Qualifications:

  • Proven and progressive experience in facility management, including leadership of multi-site operations
  • Proven track record in managing building systems, maintenance, security, and sustainability initiatives
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
