The Job
You will take the lead in sales initiatives, formulate strategic account and partner plans, and cultivate robust relationships with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) to realize predetermined sales targets and revenue objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
- Identify and target MSSPs across the UK&I region with growth potential.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified MSSP partners.
- Conduct prospecting activities, including follow-through on qualified inbound leads, networking, and attending industry events.
- Conduct in-depth research on MSSPs to identify their service portfolio gaps, market positioning, and opportunities for value-added services.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing partnership agreements, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide seamless solutions and enablement to MSSPs.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within MSSPs.
- Present product demonstrations, proposals, and partner programs to MSSPs.
- Maintain accurate records of partner activities, pipeline, and opportunities in Salesforce/Clari.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure accurate documentation of contracts, partnership agreements, and partner interactions.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven ability to leverage a structured sales process in a partner-driven go-to-market model.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to independently manage and drive sales initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity and/or SaaS sales cycle, preferably with experience in MSSP/partner ecosystems.
- Ability to travel within the UK and the rest of the European region for partner meetings and business development.
Your Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of documented experience in software or cybersecurity sales, with a strong track record of acquiring and developing partner-driven business (MSSPs, MSPs) in the UK&I market.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
