Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Novi Sad. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial records, preparing financial reports, overseeing the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and assisting with budget preparation. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will analyze financial data to support decision-making processes, liaise with external auditors, and ensure accurate tax compliance.

Qualifications

  • Financial accounting, budgeting, and tax preparation skills
  • Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Strong analytical and financial data analysis skills
  • Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or another relevant professional certification is a plus
