Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager
to join our
Digital Marketing
Team.
We are looking for a candidate who can set up full tracking of all post-view conversions and build the complete system for retargeting campaigns from scratch.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, launch, and optimize ad campaigns in Facebook Business Manager
  • Manage and troubleshoot pixels, custom conversions, and event tracking
  • Build and refine custom audiences and lookalike segments
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and targeting strategies
  • Monitor daily performance, adjust bids and budgets for optimal ROI
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad relevance and impact
  • Generate detailed reports and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager
  • Strong knowledge of pixels, event tracking, and audience targeting
  • Proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns
  • Analytical skills with experience in Facebook Ads Manager reporting
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with tracking and attribution
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
