We work with many clients that have multi-locations across the U.S. We are looking for a performance marketer with proven success managing ad campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.

About You:

You have experience working for a U.S. company or working with U.S. Clients. When it comes to Instagram/Facebook performance marketing you are passionate about excelling at driving sales and leads. You have experience running Facebook/Instagram ads and you understand that they are quickly evolving advertising platforms. You are excited to continually adapt to the new features and functionality that these ad platforms are continuously providing.
About the job:
The Meta Performance Marketer is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimizing Facebook/Instagram advertising for our clients. This role requires a desire to understand each client's business and to use both the most up to date performance marketing strategies, creative trends and other marketing opportunities to surpass the growth goals for our clients. In managing Instagram/ Facebook paid marketing for our clients, you will be working with a set monthly budget, and it is up to you to determine the ideal allocation of spend for each campaign to achieve the optimal results. The job will require a desire to stay up to date on the best Meta marketing techniques and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- You'll be accountable for supporting the day-to-day management of the Facebook/Instagram ads strategy, including oversight of campaign creation, bids, execution details, budgets/accounting for several client accounts.
- You will work with U.S. Clients to help them surpass their growth marketing goals.
- Assist with the management of campaigns to a specific budget for each client with the objective of surpassing the specific goals for the client whether it be conversions, ROAS, leads or something else.
- Continually monitor the campaigns and make adjustments to optimize the results.
- Oversee and manage the ideal allocation of the various ad creative to drive the best results of each individual client.
- Develop reports that can be used internally for guidance and externally for our clients to articulate the performance of our advertising programs that are driving their conversions.
- Communicate with the GrowMojo leadership team when you think budgets are too large for the desired results or whether budgets should be expanded to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Stay up to date with the latest Facebook/Instagram Ads features, trends and best practices.
- Regularly ideate & execute AB tests to find the most profitable audiences, landing pages and creative.
- Coordinate campaigns according to client needs and promotions.
- Communicate with the creative team to provide guidance on which ad creatives are performing the best and what new ad creative is needed.
- Collaborate with agency team members managing other client advertising on Meta, TikTok and Google to ensure cross channel alignment for our clients.
- Communicate with external partners such as the account management team on growing the client accounts.
- You need to be self-motivated and enjoy driving results.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-years of Facebook/Instagram Ads experience leading campaign strategy from ideation to implementation to reporting.
- Experience with Google Paid Search and YouTube is a plus
- Hands-on experience using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing for increased ROAS.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data for insights and next steps.
- Demonstrated capability of self-direction and motivation – you will have a lot of freedom to make decisions, explore new aspects of an evolving field, and drive the team forward, but that requires a personality that thrives with challenges and finds solutions
- Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically. Data driven mindset and experience leveraging analytics to help make decisions on how to best leverage our resources across marketing.
- Deadline oriented with a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple work streams at once. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills; exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail
- Most of our clients are in the U.S., so your day will start later and you will need to work until about 22:00 Serbian time during the week.
