Ključne odgovornosti

  • Upravljanje digitalnim kampanjama: Planiranje, implementacija i optimizacija performans kampanja na različitim platformama, uključujući Meta Ads, TikTok i Google Ads kao i druge digitalne kanale. Kandidat će imati odgovornost da prati performanse i kontinuirano poboljšava rezultate oglašavanja na osnovu povratnih podataka.
  • Učestvovanje u razvoju i implementaciji strategija kao i u izradi redovnih izveštaja i prezentacija kako bi se pratila uspešnost i prilagodile strategije.
  • Praćenje i analiza podataka: Korišćenje alata za analitiku kako bi se pratili ključni pokazatelji performansi (KPI) kao što su CPC, CPA i ROI.
  • Optimizacija sadržaja i kreativnih rešenja.
  • Saradnja sa internim timovima i eksternim partnerima.
  • Održavanje znanja i interesovanje za trendove i nove tehnologije.

Kvalifikacije

  • Minimum 1 godina iskustva u upravljanju kampanjama na digitalnim platformama sa dokazanim rezultatima u oblasti performans marketinga.
  • Poznavanje CPC modela: Razumevanje strategija licitiranja na platformama kao što su Meta, TikTok, Google i druge.
  • Analitičke veštine: Sposobnost analize podataka, praćenja ključnih metrika i optimizacije kampanja radi postizanja ciljeva.
  • Odlično poznavanje engleskog jezika (pisano i usmeno).
  • Sertifikati za relevantne platforme su poželjni ali ne i neophodni.

  • Poznavanje drugih platformi: Iskustvo sa dodatnim digitalnim oglašivačkim platformama je plus.
  • Upravljanje projektima: Sposobnost upravljanja projektima uz pomoć odgovarajućih alata za efikasnu organizaciju posla.
  • Kreativni doprinos: Učestvovanje u kreiranju kreativnih strategija, predlozima za sadržaj praćenjem aktuelnih trendova i izradi efektivnih vizuala za kampanje.
