Company Overview
We're building an e-commerce portfolio scaling toward $1M monthly revenue. Our focus is on creating branded products that impact people's lives - health, beauty, and pet wellness products that help people feel better and live healthier lives.
Position Summary
We need an experienced operator to take the operational load off the CEO's shoulders so he can focus on growth. This isn't a traditional assistant role - you'll be the CEO's second brain and operational force multiplier.
The Challenge We're Solving
The CEO is currently the biggest bottleneck in our scaling process. You'll be the solution - taking 80% of operational chaos, communication noise, and administrative tasks off his plate so he can focus on growing the empire.
Key Responsibilities
Communication Management
- Filter and handle CEO emails and messages
- Deal with routine issues so only critical items reach the CEO
- Serve as the communication bridge between departments
Team Coordination
- Follow up with team members on deliverables
- Ensure deadlines are met across all projects
- Chase reports and updates when needed
- Maintain accountability across the organization
Operations Management
- Handle routine operational decisions independently
- Coordinate between departments to keep projects moving
- Manage workflow bottlenecks and process breakdowns
- Act as the operational nervous system of the company
Process Improvement
- Spot inefficiencies in current systems
- Either fix problems yourself or propose solutions
- Build systems that eliminate repetitive chaos
- Create processes that scale with growth
Who You Are
Education Requirements
- Minimum
: High School Diploma + relevant work experience - Preferred
: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, Marketing, or related field - Alternative
: Demonstrated e-commerce operations experience can substitute for formal education
Required Experience
- 2+ years in e-commerce operations
- You understand how online businesses run
- Decision-making experience
- You can make judgment calls without needing approval for every small thing
- Proactive execution track record
- You see what needs to be done and do it, rather than waiting to be told

What We Offer
The Deal
We're not hiring an assistant. We're hiring a second-in-command for the CEO. We pay like it.
Base Salary
- $2,500 - $4,500 USD monthly
(full-time) - OR $15-25 USD hourly
(part-time start 20-30h/week)
Final amount depends on your DNA, experience, and location. Part-time can grow into a full-time leadership role based on performance.
Performance Bonus
