iz Beograda širi svoj tim i traži novog člana na poziciji Senior PPC specijaliste.

Pozicija je full-time, a rad se obavlja iz naše kancelarije na Voždovcu. Naš budući kolega ili koleginica je osoba sa najmanje 7 godine iskustva u vođenju kampanja na Meta (Facebook/Instagram) i Google Ads platformama. Tražimo nekoga ko zna kako da dovede relevantan saobraćaj, optimizuje konverzije i maksimizuje ROI. Performance marketing je fokus pozicije.

Rad na ovoj poziciji obuhvata:

  • Kreiranje i optimizacija kampanja na
    Meta
    i
    Google Ads
    platformama (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax)
  • Izrada strategija za generisanje leadova, e-commerce prodaju
  • Kreiranje strategije za svaki deo prodajnog levka
  • Izradu naprednih strategija za oglašavanje
  • Postavljanje i testiranje oglasa, definisanje ciljne grupe, A/B testiranje
  • Praćenje ključnih metrika (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPL...) i njihova optimizacija
  • Rad u saradnji sa dizajn i content timom radi pripreme vizuala i kopija
  • Priprema mesečnih izveštaja i analiza performansi
  • Istraživanje tržišta i konkurencije na domaćem i stranom tržištu
  • Kreiranje naprednih izveštaja i izveštavanje na nedeljnom nivou.

Potrebne kvalifikacije:

  • Minimum 7 godina iskustva u vođenju kampanja na Meta i Google Ads platformama
  • Iskustvo u radu sa klijentima sa domaćeg i internacionalnog tržišta (EU, UK, US, itd.)
  • Odlično poznavanje strukture kampanja, budžetiranja i merenja performansi
  • Veština u korišćenju alata kao što su: Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio.
  • Odlično znanje engleskog jezika C1
