Junior Sales Controller
in our

office In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis, all while collaborating closely with international teams and developing your skills in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with corporate standards and deadlines.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes, ensuring timely and accurate data submission to relevant systems.
• Prepare internal group and regional performance reports (e.g., sales reviews, channel profitability, brand performance).
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses on key business to support management decisions.
• Analyze and interpret business KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency in collaboration with management and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor country-level margin development and ensure compliance with the company's Authorization Framework.
• Support business controlling for individual business segments, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
• Maintain clear and transparent process documentation to facilitate efficient audits and team collaboration.

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Controlling or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), ideally within an international organization or Shared Service Center. Experience in Big4 audit or consulting is considered an advantage.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables). Working knowledge of SAP or other major ERP systems is a plus.
• Proactive, resilient, and team-oriented personality, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
