Role Description

We are seeking an ambitious and resourceful Operations Analyst to join our team. This role sits at the heart of the organisation, working directly with the Founders to ensure smooth execution across internal operations, finance, and strategic initiatives.

Think of this as a Chief of Staff in training role: you will gain exposure to every aspect of building and scaling a high-growth business at the intersection of blockchain, finance, and AI.

You will be expected to take ownership of critical tasks, connect the dots across teams, and proactively solve problems before they arise. From financial modelling and reporting, to managing internal workflows, to supporting high-stakes strategic projects, this is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an insatiable curiosity, and is willing to go above and beyond to deliver impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Founders to manage day-to-day internal operations.
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and investor updates.
  • Analyse data and build models to support decision-making across the business.
  • Drive process improvements and implement systems that scale with growth.
  • Research and support initiatives in blockchain, DeFi, and AI domains.
  • Prepare materials for board meetings, strategic reviews, and key external stakeholders.
  • Act as a connector across product, engineering, operations, and community functions.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and special initiatives at the Founder level.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Demonstrated experience in operations, finance, consulting, or strategy roles.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfort with financial models, metrics, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distil complexity into clarity.
  • High degree of ownership, initiative, and ability to execute independently.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly in new domains.
  • Appetite to go above and beyond in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Highly Valued

  • Experience or strong interest in blockchain, crypto, DeFi, or digital assets.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their commercial applications.
  • Technical literacy (Excel/Sheets, dashboards, SQL or Python basics a plus).
  • Background in finance, law, consulting, or engineering.
