Media Measurement Lead

As our Media Measurement Lead, you'll play a key role in evaluating the effectiveness of our media investments and ensuring that every campaign contributes to both brand impact and business growth.
Sitting within the CDMO team and working closely with marketing, media, CMI, and global partners, you'll bridge strategy with data, and help elevate our media excellence to the next level.
You Will
- Lead the definition and continuous tracking of strategic media KPIs, collaborating closely with the Head of Media and divisional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Partner with media agencies and divisional marketing teams to establish best-in-class, consistent reporting processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure seamless data flow and reliable insights.
- Leverage L'Oréal global measurement tools (e.g. BETIQ, DC360) with leading industry platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, TikTok).
- Conduct in-depth campaign performance analysis, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and impactful reports for various stakeholders.
- Monitor and flag data inconsistencies, collaborate with global teams to improve data quality and reporting hygiene across all media activities.
- Drive the strategic localization and effective implementation of global media agendas in collaboration with key partners (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok). This includes guiding marketing teams through execution, optimizing budget utilization, securing essential assets for testing, and fostering seamless communication channels with agencies and partners.
- Work alongside CMI to ensure data-driven decision-making and alignment between measurement insights and marketing planning.
- Managing financial tracking for CDMO-led media projects, including efficient PO management, and proactive resolution of any budget discrepancies.
- Continuously explore new tools and methodologies in measurement. Stay at the forefront of industry trends to advance our full-funnel media effectiveness capabilities.

The Ideal Profile
- Has approximately 2-5 years of previous work experience on a similar position
- Holds a Bachelor's or a Master's Degree
- Understanding of both traditional media (TV, OOH) and digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok) and their unique measurement challenges and opportunities.
- Experience working with media KPIs, insightful campaign dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Clear understanding of the media ecosystem, including how media buying is conducted, and how collaboration functions in practice between clients, media agencies, and media owners.
- Knowledge of media buying processes and financial workflows (POs, budgeting, invoicing).
- Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work across diverse internal teams, media, marketing, CMI and external partners.
- Familiarity with key tools, such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager is a plus.
- Responsibility, autonomy
- Active and advanced use of MS Office
- Fluent in English.
