Your Role
As a
Media Lead
for the
Consumer Products Division
, you will be a key player in developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive media strategies that drive brand awareness, consideration, conversion, and business growth. Your responsibilities will focus on:

  • Communicating and applying the strategic digital & media frame to division Media Managers & marketing team, including media guidelines, knowledge of partnerships, media conditions, innovation for media magic; adapted and aligned with Division HQ
  • Developing and implementing holistic media strategies that integrate paid, earned and owned media channels to achieve brand and business objectives.
  • Conducting in-depth competitive analysis, and research to identify media opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborating closely with brand marketing, digital, e-commerce, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of media plans with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Defining target audiences, media mix, budget allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all media initiatives.
  • Overseeing the execution of all media campaigns; ensuring alignment with the established strategy, establishing measurement frameworks and using advanced analytics for maximum ROI & group Golden Rules.
  • Managing media agencies and external partners, ensuring adherence to contracts, performance metrics, and strategic goals.
  • Monitoring campaign performance in real-time, implementing A/B testing, and optimizing media spend to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Staying ahead of new media technologies, platforms, and industry trends, recommending innovative approaches to reach consumers.
  • Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Driving continuous improvement through post-campaign analysis and lessons learned.
  • Managing and mentoring a team consisting of 2 Media Managers, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for media-related inquiries and expertise within the organization.

The Ideal Profile

  • Preferably holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • Has at least 10 years of experience in media & marketing, split between agency-side and client-side.
  • Has 2 or more years of experience leading a team
  • Has a proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven media strategies across diverse channels.
  • Has extensive experience with digital media.
  • Has demonstrated experience managing significant media budgets and agency relationships.
  • Has strong analytical skills and is able to thinks strategically.
  • Has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is able to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Is proficient with media planning and buying tools, as well as advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Is proactive and has an innovative mindset
  • Has strong organizational and project management skills
  • Is fluent in English and Serbian language
