Position: HR Assistant (Novi Sad)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant (Location: Novi Sad) to support daily human resources operations and contribute to the effective delivery of HR processes. This role is ideal for a candidate at the beginning of their HR career who is eager to learn and develop within a dynamic work environment.

The HR Assistant will provide administrative and operational support across various HR functions, including employee records management, recruitment support, onboarding, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to HR processes and daily operations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Prepare HR reports and support data tracking
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Act as a point of contact for basic employee HR-related inquiries
  • Support compliance with labor law regulations and internal policies

Requirements:

  • University degree in Law or Psychology (mandatory)
  • No prior work experience required, or up to 1 year of relevant HR experience
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and labor legislation is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
