Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Accounting, located in Belgrade. The Head of Accounting will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading financial reporting processes. Duties also include conducting financial analysis, developing budgets, and guiding financial decision-making. The role entails collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Proficient in aligning financial practices with regulatory compliance
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Belgrade
  • Prior experience in the rental or leasing industry is advantageous
