Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support:
    Respond to client inquiries, resolve technical and user issues through clear communication and effective troubleshooting.
  • Solution Expertise:
    Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS platform – both from an end-user and a technical perspective.
  • AI Interaction Evaluation:
    Participate in assessing the performance of our AI solutions (LLMs, chatbots, user interactions).
  • Functionality Testing:
    Apply testing processes to ensure platform stability and an excellent user experience.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date technical and user documentation.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Growth Path:
    Contribute to operational and project management tasks, preparing for future leadership roles.

  • English Proficiency (B2/C1):
    Confident and clear daily communication.
  • Analytical Thinking:
