Senior Consultants
to join our mission of building smarter, more agile businesses.

What You'll Do:

Whether you're leading workstreams or managing full-scale projects, your role will have a direct impact on client outcomes. You will:

  • Act as a
    core delivery leader
    across strategic advisory and transformation projects
  • Drive end-to-end project execution - from framing problems to
    delivering insight-based, actionable recommendations
  • Lead client workshops, diagnose business pain points
    , and co-create future-state solutions
  • Support business development
    and proposal writing; shape new opportunities into compelling offerings
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute
    to team capability development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Egzakta's technology, digital, and AI streams
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders
    , communicate complex ideas simply, and build long-term trust

Who You Are:

You're a curious problem-solver, a team-first collaborator, and a strategic thinker with strong business instincts. You'll thrive here if you enjoy dynamic, entrepreneurial environments and want to create real change.

You bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in
    management consulting, IT consulting
    ,
    corporate strategy
    , or a relevant advisory role
  • Proven experience with
    consulting frameworks and methodologies
    (e.g., issue trees, value chain analysis, stakeholder mapping)
  • Proficiency in the
    Microsoft 365 suite
    (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); comfort creating structured presentations and analytical models
  • Exposure to
    process optimization
    ,
    performance management
    , or
    organizational transformation
  • Experience leading workstreams or managing teams on client-facing projects
  • Comfort working with data and digital solutions
    to support business change
  • Serbian speaking, Fluency in English
  • A degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, or similar

Bonus if you have:

  • An
    MBA or other advanced degree
  • Experience in sectors like financial services, telco, consulting or similar
  • Passion for digital transformation
