Truck Driver Recruiter

Tvoje odgovornosti:

  • Aktivno pronalaženje i kontaktiranje novih kandidata (vozača kamiona) putem različitih kanala (oglasi, društvene mreže, baze podataka, preporuke).
  • Prezentacija pogodnosti rada u našoj kompaniji i pružanje jasnih informacija o uslovima i očekivanjima.
  • Vođenje celokupnog procesa regrutacije – od prvog kontakta do potpisa ugovora.
  • Komunikacija sa vozačima i rad sa većinski "vrućim lidovima"
  • Održavanje baze kandidata i redovno ažuriranje podataka.

Kvalifikacije koje tražimo:

  • Iskustvo u regrutovanju, prodaji ili customer service-u (poželjno, ali nije obavezno).
  • Sposobnost jasne i ubedljive komunikacije.
  • Odlične organizacione i pregovaračke veštine.
  • Poznavanje rada na računaru (Sheets, CRM alati, društvene mreže).
  • Znanje engleskog jezika na komunikativnom nivou.
