Job Description:

● Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely pick-up and delivery

● Proactively identifying and resolving issues that may arise during transit

● Communicating with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to provide updates and address concerns

● Maintaining accurate records and documentation of shipment status and updates

● Collaborating with other departments to optimize workflow and improve efficiency

● Working in three shifts on a 24/7 schedule to cover all operational hours

Requirements:

● Fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)

● One year experience in USA trucking track and trace is a plus

● Excellent communication skills and a positive "can-do" attitude

● Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

● Flexibility to work in three shifts on a 24/7 schedule

● Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

● Team player mentality with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues

● Must be able to work from our office; no remote work options available
