The company uses a tried and tested suite of marketing automation software that allows for no-code and low-code integrations. This amazing suite combines business data with decades of sales expertise to conduct localized calls that align with business goals and target customers.

Position Overview: As an System Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients and internal teams. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and relevant departments within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct operational support to clients, actively participating in the execution of tasks within the OPS department.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and team members to understand client requirements and contribute to the seamless execution of operational workflows.
  • Meet clients, analyse their need and coordiante with the Key Account Manager to plan and take decision accordingly.
  • Manage, update and create new and existing marketing campaigns. Update journeys, assist in the assets creation.
  • Actively use our own software, staying up-to-date on all functionalities, to carry out tasks, propose solutions, and optimize processes.
  • Serve as a proactive problem solver, addressing both client concerns and internal operational challenges with a client-centric approach.
  • Apply strong technical skills in software technologies, web functionality, troubleshooting, and data file processing to perform operational tasks efficiently.
  • Utilize CRM technology to document client support issues and manage operational workflows effectively.
  • Lead the execution of operational tasks, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring smooth integration of software products and providing hands-on support.
  • Facilitate direct communication between clients and internal technical teams, actively participating in cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an account support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
