What do we expect from the ideal candidate?

  • Proven work experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor (at least1 year);
  • Advanced English(knowledge of Russian language would be a plus, but not required);
  • Ability to analyze information effectively;
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • Ability to guide and motivate others;
  • Experience with Superset (or similar tools) / Confluence / MS Excel / Google Presentations would be a plus.

What you will be doing:

  • Reviewing work of your team and providing feedback to team members, recognizing strengths and identifying areas for improvement;
  • Coordinating daily team activities, conducting trainings, events and handling organizational requests;
  • Being a point of contact for team members, working with them to resolve complex cases & actively participating in their onboarding/offboarding;
  • Assisting in creating and updating internal resources (guides/FAQ etc.).
