We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our international team in a junior-level role focused on system implementation and operational support. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on cross-functional projects, gain hands-on experience with global tools and processes, and contribute to continuous business improvement.

 Main duties:

  • The main responsibility is to support the rollout of the Enterprise Management Project Tool across various Transaction Services teams, including coordinators, specialists, project managers, and supporting departments such as Oracle ES, ECM, Escalations, and Service Planning
  • Responsible for specific unit testing and unit test case and data creation efforts and coordination/support with the testing teams
  • Responsible for capturing and documenting user requirements
  • Creation of tickets to report system bugs and track to successful resolution
  • Work closely with other members of the team to implement a multi-functional business solution
  • Perform other corresponding duties and tasks in accordance with his qualifications, as directed by Employer

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum High school diploma
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Oracle OFS experience is a plus
  • Availability to work 2nd shift (2 PM – 11 PM CET)
  • Willingness to occasionally work 3rd shift (night hours CET) during critical deployments and hypercare periods
