Build powerful, scalable systems

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing backend applications to ensure performance, stability, and scalability.

  • Design, develop, and document RESTful APIs based on best practices.

  • Build backend services using , preferably with LoopBack or NestJS.

  • Deploy, configure, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Work with NoSQL databases such as Couchbase, focusing on query optimization and index design.

  • Integrate and manage distributed messaging systems (e.g., NSQ) and in-memory data stores (e.g., Redis).

  • Write robust unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest or Mocha.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using tools like Sumo Logic for log analysis.

  • Follow software design patterns and principles to ensure code quality and maintainability.

  • Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members across multiple time zones.

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and promote DevOps practices.

  • Support and rotate in on-call schedules for production stability.

  • Optionally, support frontend-related tasks and integration (e.g., React, API Gateway).
