O POZICIJI:
Tražimo Agenta korisničke podrške (srpski jezik) za naš tim u auto industriji. U ovoj ulozi, bićete prva tačka kontakta za klijente putem inbound poziva, pružajući profesionalnu i prijateljsku podršku.
Model rada je

, sa povremenim dolascima u kancelariju u Beogradu.
Ključne odgovornosti:
Profesionalno i ljubazno odgovaranje na inbound pozive klijenata
Rešavanje pitanja vezanih za proizvode, servise, narudžbine i reklamacije
Praćenje i evidentiranje upita u CRM sistemu
Saradnja sa internim timom na engleskom jeziku po potrebi

engleskog jezika
(minimum B2)
Iskustvo u korisničkoj podršci je prednost, posebno u auto ili tehničkoj industriji
Odlične komunikacione i veštine rešavanja problema
Poznavanje CRM/telefonskih platformi je plus
