Tražimo osobu koja prati regionalnu muzičku scenu, razume TikTok i YouTube kulturu, i ima izražen osećaj za dinamičan, trendovski video sadržaj. Pored kreativnosti i tehničkog znanja, važan nam je i marketinški način razmišljanja — razumevanje kako sadržaj gradi brend i utiče na publiku.

Odgovornosti:

  • Kreiranje i montiranje kratkih video formata za društvene mreže.
  • Osmišljavanje i priprema statičnih objava i vizuala – od koncepta do objave u skladu sa brend identitetom.
  • Praćenje trendova u muzici i digitalnim platformama i njihovo implementiranje u sadržaj.
  • Pisanje kratkih tekstova za objave u tonu koji je u skladu sa IDJ brendom i publikom.
  • Predlaganje novih vizuelnih pravaca i sadržajnih ideja u skladu s IDJ brendom i trendovima.
  • Razumevanje osnovnih marketinških principa i strategijskog razmišljanja u kontekstu digitalnog sadržaja.
  • Razvijanje i implementacija strategija za društvene mreže kako bi se povećala vidljivost i angažovanje publike.
  • Upravljanje svakodnevnim aktivnostima na društvenim mrežama, uključujući planiranje, kreiranje i montiranje sadržaja.
  • Saradnja sa kreativnim timom kako bi se osigurao dosledan brend identitet kroz sve kanale društvenih mreža.
  • Praćenje i analiziranje performansi sadržaja i prilagođavanje pristupa na osnovu rezultata.
  • Održavanje komunikacije sa publikom na autentičan i profesionalan način.

Kvalifikacije:

  • Iskustvo u upravljanju društvenim mrežama i kreiranju sadržaja.
  • Odlično poznavanje platformi kao što su Instagram, TikTok, Facebook i X.
  • Sigurno i kreativno korišćenje alata Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Izražene copywriting veštine i sposobnost da se kroz tekst prenese ton brenda.
  • Samostalnost, odgovornost i dobar osećaj za estetiku i brend komunikaciju.
  • Sposobnost analize podataka i korišćenje alata za analitiku društvenih mreža.
  • Kreativnost u razvoju strategija za povećanje angažovanja korisnika.
  • Izvrsne komunikacione i organizacione veštine.
  • Znanje engleskog jezika na naprednom nivou.
  • Diploma iz oblasti marketinga, komunikacija ili srodnih disciplina je plus.
