Established in 2021, we became a subsidiary of SR Technics in 2022 and now operate as an independent unit and intrapreneurship venture. Our focus revolves around managing a vast asset base of aircraft components and providing round-the-clock support to airlines, MROs, and trade partners.

The international team of 70 professionals is strategically located across the globe with key hubs in Zurich, Miami, Kuala Lumpur, Amsterdam, and Belgrade.

About position

This is your chance We are looking for a seasoned and hands-on TechLead / Enterprise Architect to join our growing engineering team. In this hybrid role, you will lead the design of scalable and secure systems while guiding our engineers through complex technical challenges. You will collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to shape the architecture of our digital marketplace and ensure it supports long-term business goals. Still interested? Here is what you will do:

• Establish and lead a cross-functional engineering team (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Data), providing hands-on leadership and people management
• Drive the architectural vision, technical strategy, and long-term technology planning to support business objectives
• Guide engineering teams on system architecture, design decisions, and technical best practices, ensuring alignment and consistency across teams and projects
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into sustainable technical solutions
• Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies, tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns to optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to align deployment, monitoring, and security practices, identifying bottlenecks and driving operational efficiency
• Own, maintain and evolve architectural documentation (e.g. system diagrams, patterns, technical standards, and decision records)
• Oversee integration of third-party services and internal applications to ensure seamless interoperability and data flow
• Stay on top of emerging technologies, spearhead innovation initiatives and drive proof-of-concept projects to explore opportunities that create business impact

What You Bring

• Degree (FH, BSc, MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of professional experience in software development and architecture, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Strong foundation in designing scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure software applications
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD pipelines
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks
• Practical experience with microservices, APIs, data flows, event-driven architecture, message brokers/streams, and system integration
• Proficient in modern development stacks and architectural decision-making
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and their application to architectural design
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Additional plus:
• Certification in enterprise or software architecture (e.g., iSAQB CPSA, TOGAF, Certified Enterprise Architect)
• Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
• Familiarity with e-commerce or SaaS platforms
• Understanding of the aviation industry, aerospace (MRO) business or related fields
• Working knowledge of AWS, React ), (NestJS), Python, RabbitMQ
• Hands-on experience with LLM assistant development, including fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
