Job Title: McDonalds TS Tech Support

Grade: 10

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Job Description: 

• Application Consultant to support the successful opening of new restaurants and reopening of IRLX Restaurants (Retrofits).
• You will be working closely with onsite engineers, third-party installers, and the New Store Delivery team in McDonalds. 
• You'll be responsible for coordinating technical deliverables, performing system checks, and escalating issues as needed to ensure timely and efficient store launches.
• This is a fully remote role with no requirement to attend the Restaurants.

New Store Openings

• Ensure restaurants are opened & latest software/updates are in place to support store testing/opening.
• Complete software checks prior to go-live, including RFM, ISP Data, eProduction etc.
• Provide technical support for issues raised during testing/auditing of software issues – including troubleshooting or escalation to software owners.
• Collaborate with the New Store Delivery Manager, IT installer & Advocacy to ensure a smooth & seamless opening for the Restaurants.

IRLX

• Perform deinstallation process to document current restaurant configuration & ensure IT installer is made aware of any pre-existing issues
• Ensure server backups are enabled and capture screenshots of software versions and licenses
• Complete Restaurant pre/post check activities to prepare systems for installation/support.
• Coordinate and request all required changes to support planned work (e.g., POD, Dynamic Yield, POS software levels, RFM)
• Conduct go-live checks and validate system functionality
• Raise incidents and provide support as needed during retrofit activities.
• Ensure Restaurant configuration are correct.  (Adding/Removing devices in RFM/Restaurant data bases)
