  • Providing support to McDonald's franchisee owner operators and technology personnel
  • Using Knowledge Systems obtained from NCRV and other manufacturers to identify solutions to known problems; Responsible for ensuring that the solutions are successfully implemented
  • Providing sales quotes to customer, placing consumable orders, helping with hardware maintenance questions and invoice inquiries
  • When a solution cannot be identified, employee is responsible for escalating the problem to second level internal teams, where they would provide a concise description of the problem
  • Responds to incoming phone calls from store staff and personnel; Tracking notifications and pending tickets via the screen; Solving tickets with a remote approach
  • Be able to anticipate the internal and external needs of clients and the commitment to customer satisfaction; Monitor and respond to events related to all users.
  • Use a large database of resources or information; Developing new approaches for situations where standard approaches do not apply; Adapting to a multitude of demands, shifting priorities, concerns, and rapid changes, embracing and adapting to new or alternative approaches
  • Performs other appropriate duties and tasks that correspond to his/her qualifications as scope of the project requirements may change to meet the customer's needs
  • Responds to incoming phone calls from store staff and field engineers; Tracking notifications and pending tickets via the screen; Solving tickets with a remote approach; Reporting to NCR or a third party on everything
  • Working hours range from 4:00 AM to 02:00 AM CET
  • Answers to the Supervisor for his/her work and works alongside team members to provide solutions when needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Prior use of CSM is a plus
