Logistics Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced load board platforms (DAT)
• Create interactive dashboards and visual reports to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Identify trends and prepare recommendations for optimizing profitability and capacity utilization
• Connect and integrate data from various sources (DAT, TMS, CRM) for comprehensive analysis
• Evaluate the performance of AI algorithms and prepare reports on their accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with teams to implement analytical recommendations into daily operations
• Continuously improve data collection, processing, and analysis processes in line with business needs
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports for management based on specific requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in data analysis
• University degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related field
• Additional education or certifications in data science, business intelligence, or logistics are plus
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases
• Preferably, experience with specialized logistics software and understanding of their key functionalities
• Understanding of the transportation industry is plus
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with BI tools is an advantage
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data processing and analysis automation is desirable
• Skills in integrating data from multiple sources (DAT, TMS, CRM)
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
• Well-developed presentation and communication skills
• Willingness for continuous learning and staying up to date with new technologies in logistics
