Head of Operations.

Pridruži se ekipi koja je razvila prvu digitalnu faktoring platformu u Srbiji, izdala prvu digitalnu obveznicu i napravila nacionalni sistem za sprečavanje prevara u faktoringu. Head of Operations će biti ključni pokretač našeg rasta i operativne efikasnosti. Kao direktor operacija, bićete odgovorni za upravljanje timom od 5 ljudi, uspostavljanje i optimizaciju svih operativnih procesa, u cilju realizovanja strategijskih inicijativa i skaliranje poslovanja kompanije.

Opis posla:

  • Operativno liderstvo - vodićete dnevne operacije, upravljajući operativnim timom od 5 ljudi. Kao most između različitih timova, koordiniraćete rad Development, Sales i Risk timova te podržavati CFO u ključnim inicijativama.
  • Razvoj i optimizacija procesa - uspostavićete robusne AML/KYC procedure, sisteme naplate i transakcijske procese koji omogućavaju skaliranje poslovanja kao i replikaciju istih na nova tržišta.
  • Donosićete strateške odluke o procesima i obezbeđivati usklađenost sa regulatornim propisima.
  • Međukorporativna koordinacija - koordinisacete procesima između više entiteta u Finspot grupi, osiguravajući sinergiju i efikasnost na nivou cele organizacije.
  • Performanse i izveštavanje - kreiraćete KPI sisteme za precizno praćenje performansi, redovno izveštavati board o operativnim rezultatima i identifikovati prilike za kontinuirano poboljšanje poslovanja.
  • Podrška poslovnom razvoju - u koordinaciji sa ostalim timovima učestvovaćete u razvoju finansijskih proizvoda koje nudimo u cilju što boljeg zadovoljenja potreba za finansiranjem naših klijenata.

Zahtevi pozicije:

  • Obavezno iskustvo: 5-8 godina u upravljanju operacijama sa iskustvom rada u rastućim kompanijama.
  • Potrebno je iskustvo rada u postavljanju i unapređenju poslovnih procesa.
  • Potrebno je iskustvo u rukovođenju timova od 5+ ljudi.
  • Poželjno iskustvo uključuje rad u finansijskom sektoru, radno iskustvo u međunarodnim kompanijama i rad u regulisanim kompanijama.
  • Poželjno je iskustvo u digitalnoj transformaciji tradicionalnih procesa rada.
  • Ključne kompetencije: analitičko razmišljanje i strateški fokus, odlične komunikacione veštine, delegiranje ali i hands-on pristup
  • Tečan engleski jezik koji je neophodan za međunarodnu ekspanziju
