Quectel Wireless Solutions is global IoT technology developer and cellular module supplier of 5G, LTE, LTE-A, LPWA, Smart Module, C-V2X, GSM/GPRS, UMTS/HSPA(+) and GNSS modules. Due to business expansion on Serbian market in R&D Centre, Quectel is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join our team in Belgrade.

We are looking for:
Customer Project Manager
You Will Be

  • Responsible for project management of major customers, covering the entire project lifecycle fand taking overall responsibility for the progress and comprehensive quality of customer projects.
  • Holding meetings with customers to facilitate and resolve project issues through effective communication.
  • Responding quickly to customers, coordinating and tracking all issues until the customers confirm or resolve them.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the customer project plan, identify potential risk factors and find the solution.
  • Weekly reporting the project's progress, interim achievements, and the completion status of key milestone tasks.
  • Actively cooperating with sales and provide the most satisfactory support and services to major customers.

You Have

  • Bachelor's degree or above(electronics, computer science, communication)
  • At least 3 years of work experience in wireless communication products.
  • Familiar with the whole process from development to mass production of wireless communication products.
  • Rich experience in project management or customer project management.
  • Open minded, quick thinking and visionary.
  • Good communication skills and global coordination ability.
  • Fluent in English and Serbian, Chinese is a plus.
  • Proficient in using various office software such as MS Office.
