Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily accounting and reporting tasks with precision and timeliness.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closings in compliance with corporate deadlines.
  • Identify control gaps and propose improvements to strengthen the Internal Control System (ICS).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to IFRS and internal Corporate Finance and Accounting policies.
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records; coordinate audits and reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial documents and reports.
  • Finalize tax computations and maintain tax/statutory books via adjustment entries.
  • Prepare and analyze Statutory Financial Statements including required notes.
  • Support statutory reporting deadlines for all relevant legal entities.
  • Assist in reconciling intercompany transactions and supporting transfer pricing processes.
  • Work collaboratively with team leaders and senior staff to support training and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or another relevant area of study).
  • 1-5 years of relevant accounting and reporting experience in a multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of local tax regulations and IFRS is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced Excel skills; comfortable using office-based IT tools.
  • Ability to work independently and with a high degree of accuracy.
