About the role

In this role, you will help navigate our sales team by turning data and market insights into direction and focus. Your work will affect strategies, improve decision-making, and have a direct impact on achieving team goals. This is not a pure back-office role – your contribution will be visible in how the team moves forward and delivers results.

By analyzing market data, segmenting potential clients, and tracking key market developments, you will provide the perspective needed to steer sales activities effectively. Together with the Sales Managers, you will help co-create strategies and ensure that data is transformed into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the market – segment and classify companies and customers of interest from available sources, and provide strategic input to the business.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to Sales Managers to support planning, focus, and team organization.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Track the impact of sales activities, measure outcomes, and suggest improvements.
  • Monitor competition and broader market developments.
  • Work closely with sales and management to translate data into clear, user-friendly insights that drive action.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in roles involving sales, market, or business analysis.
  • Knowledge of tools for analysis, dashboards, and data visualization will be highly valued
  • Awareness of AI trends and readiness to bring innovative solutions into practice.
  • Communication skills, able to raise awareness across teams and spark interest with your insights.
  • Proactive, structured, and reliable professional attitude.
  • Passionate about following market movements and driven to challenge the status quo, bringing strategies that move the business forward.
