What You'll Do

  • Lead Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Collaborate with film studios and cinemas to plan, create, and execute marketing strategies that position each film as a can't-miss experience.
  • Multi-Channel Media Buying
  • Purchase and optimize media across various platforms (online, social, out-of-home, etc.) to ensure campaigns hit all the right audiences at the right time.
  • Stakeholder Liaison
  • Communicate and coordinate with studios to align on creative assets, messaging, and timelines.
  • Analyze & Report
  • Gather and interpret marketing data to measure campaign performance, generate insights, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
  • In-Theatre Promotions
  • Oversee in-cinema activations—from grand premieres to ongoing promotions—sparking buzz and maintaining audience interest throughout a film's run.
  • Administrative Management
  • Handle day-to-day coordination tasks, ensuring campaigns remain on track and within budget.

What You'll Bring

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 1–3+ years in a marketing/publicity role, ideally with exposure to entertainment or media
  • Strategic Mindset
  • Proven track record in designing data-driven marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Digital & Social Savvy
  • Experience producing content for social networks (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Project Leadership
  • Ability to communicate recommendations clearly to executives and cross-functional teams
  • Passion for results with a history of leading successful campaigns
  • Tech Proficiency
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with marketing analytics tools
  • Communication Skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication (English fluency required)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, thriving in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
