Job responsibilities:

  • According to the requirements of production instructions and work instructions, ensure quality, quantity, safety, and complete production tasks on time.
  • Fully understand the work instructions and operate strictly in accordance with the requirements of the work instructions.
  • Responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of equipment and tooling to ensure the safety of production equipment and tooling.
  • Responsible for the inspection and maintenance of the error-proof and leak-proof devices and the anti-welding spatter devices on the tooling fixtures.
  • According to the quality inspection requirements, be responsible for visual inspection of welds, identify defects and isolate parts, and notify the team leader.
  • Properly use and properly keep all kinds of labor protection supplies and appliances.
  • Reduce waste and rework costs and improve labor productivity.
  • Actively participate in training for position rotation and master multiple job skills.
  • Use 5S to ensure that the workplace is clean, tidy and orderly.
  • Implement the relevant clauses of ISO14000, TS16949 and ISO45001 standards, and undertake the relevant provisions of the company's IOS documents responsibility.
  • Accept the training requirements of the company and meet the job competency requirements arranged by the company.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (III/IV level), area of education: engineering, mechanics or related
  • One year or more of factory production work experience is preferred, and the on-the-job training period is 2-4 weeks.
  • Have an optimistic attitude and good stress resistance.
  • Maintain good communication and collaboration with employees to ensure the rapid resolution of problems and the achievement of work goals
  • Compliance with corporate values, safety and quality awareness, team spirit, strong execution and learning.
  • The position needs to be suitable to work in shifts.
