Production Team Leader

Main Responsibilities:

  • Personnel planning and deployment scheduling in cooperation with the Production engineer and Manager (vacation, temporary workers, overtime work);
  • Makes certain that factory regulations are observed and respected;
  • Improve and maximize production line efficiency;
  • Arranges discussions for the staff of his welding line,KTL line, press-fitting line on a regular basis;
  • Makes certain, in cooperation with the Production engineer and Manager, that all obligations concerning industrial laws and regulations are followed;
  • Plans and carries out job rotation;
  • Organizes and monitors training of staff according to training schedules;
  • Monitors quality;
  • Participates in Team Leader meetings and QS circles (quality control);
  • Responsible that safety regulations are observed in his section Takes responsibility for managing related IOS documents of the company and the requirements of the IATF16949/ ISO45001 / ISO14000 standard, ensures efficient operation of IOS documents and continuously improves relevant procedures and applications in IOS documents within the department. (Applicable to all positions);
  • Cooperate with process engineers and production engineers to adjust and modify the product dimensions;
  • Handle any abnormalities or emergencies on the production line immediately and communicate with the corresponding engineers in a timely manner;
  • Be responsible for the daily management of the production team, including safety, quality, personnel and efficiency, to ensure that the team operation complies with the company's rules and regulations;
  • Implementing 5s principles to ensure the workplace is clean, tidy and organized;

General Requirements:

  • High school diploma (III/IV level), area of education: engineering, mechanics or related
  • More than 2 year of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with industrial relations laws and regulations
  • International Operating System (IOS): Understand, apply and meet all function-related IOS requirements.
  • Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS): Understand, apply and meet all function-related EHS requirements.
  • Product Safety: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Product Safety requirements.
  • Compliance: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Compliance requirements.
  • Information Security: Understand, apply and meet all function-related IT / Information Security and confidentiality of SHAC information requirements.
