With clientsacross the Fintech, iGaming, and eCommerce industries, we operate inover 10 languages and are committed to delivering outstanding support aroundthe clock. ABOUT THE JOB: We're seeking a Chat Support Specialist – Slovenian Language to join ourdynamic iGaming team in Belgrade. In this role, you will be the first point ofcontact for Slovenian -speaking players, providing timely, professional, andfriendly support via live chat. You will handle inquiries regarding accounts,in a fast -paced, highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to player inquiries via live chatResolve customer issues related to accounts, deposits/withdrawalsEnsure compliance with iGaming regulations and responsible gaming policiesMaintain accurate logs and follow up on unresolved queriesMeet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For:Good command of Slovenian language (minimum B2)Good command of English language (minimum B2)Previous experience in customer support, ideally within iGaming, is a strong plusExcellent typing, communication, and problem -solving skillsAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay focused during night shiftsFamiliarity with CRM/chat platforms is a plus What We Offer:Competitive monthly salaryTop tier training provided by industry leading expertsOpportunity to grow within a fast -expanding international companyPositive and supportive team environmentComfortable office space in central BelgradeHappy hour​Private healthcare plan Location: Belgrade, Serbia (On -site) Employment Type: Full -time
