About the role:

As a Group SEO Manager, you will take the lead in shaping and executing the SEO strategy across all Sport Vision Group eCommerce platforms and markets. Your mission will be to maximize organic visibility and drive sustainable business growth.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams — including developers, UX designers, and external SEO agencies — ensuring that our platforms meet the highest technical and strategic SEO standards. This is a key role within our Digital Performance team, with a direct impact on online growth across multiple countries.

Job description:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business and eCommerce objectives
  • Conduct regular SEO audits (crawlability, site performance, structured data) with external partners and proactively resolve issues
  • Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities to maximize organic traffic and conversions
  • Monitor KPIs (organic traffic, rankings, conversions), track performance, and provide actionable reports
  • Stay up to date with SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and industry best practices
  • Benchmark against competitors to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with UX and development teams to optimize site performance and scalability
  • Manage relationships with external SEO agencies and ensure accountability for results
  • Prioritize multiple SEO projects and manage stakeholders effectively

  • At least 3 years of proven SEO experience, ideally in a multi-market eCommerce environment
  • Proven experience in SEO strategy and execution, ideally in a multi-market eCommerce environment
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with leading SEO tools and reporting platforms
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate SEO insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach
  • Passion for digital growth and continuous improvement
