We are seeking an experienced and motivatedTeam Leader for our customer support department. The primary role of thisposition is to manage a team that provides exceptional customer experiences viaphone, email, and chat. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading,motivating, and supporting our team to achieve and exceed set targets.Responsibilities:· Managingthe day -to -day operations of the customer support team.· Providingsupport and leadership to ensure a high level of customer experience.· Trainingand mentoring team members to enhance skills and knowledge.· Monitoringteam performance and adjusting strategies to achieve goals.· Communicatingwith other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.· Collaborationwith HR for team formation.· Generatingteam performance reports and providing feedback to management. Requirements· · Experiencein team leadership or similar roles in customer support, minimum 2 years.· Excellentcommunication and leadership skills.· Ability toproblem -solve and make decisions in a dynamic environment.· Fluentproficiency in the Portuguese and English language (written and spoken) ismandatory.· Ability towork under pressure and manage multiple tasks.· High levelof motivation and dedication to company goals.
