HR Fabrika is an HR company that covers wide range of HR services including recruitment and selection, consulting, payroll, organization design etc. For our client, we are now looking for a candidate for a position: Team Leader Project Management Belgrade • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of project managers to ensure high performance, collaboration, and professional development. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide project execution. • Perform BA activities, especially in the early stages of project initiation, to ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and understood • Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and alignment with project requirements. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project and identifying areas for improvement and making data -driven decisions to optimize project outcomes • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, seeking feedback, implementing best practices, and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
