We're looking for a highly motivated and organized professional who loves the
hunt
— someone who knows how to identify the right prospects, start meaningful conversations, and secure as many qualified meetings as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively researching and adding relevant B2B prospects on LinkedIn
  • Writing personalized outreach messages and managing daily communication with decision-makers
  • Building and maintaining an organized pipeline in CRM
  • Scheduling a high volume of qualified meetings for our business team
  • Tracking KPIs, updating tasks, and following up consistently
  • Collaborating with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in B2B lead generation, pre-sales, SDR/BDR, or lead digging roles
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn (Sales Navigator is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Monday, or similar)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proactive, structured, and goal-driven mindset
  • "Hunter" mentality — you create opportunities instead of waiting for them
