We're looking for a highly motivated and organized professional who loves the
hunt
— someone who knows how to identify the right prospects, start meaningful conversations, and secure as many qualified meetings as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Actively researching and adding relevant B2B prospects on LinkedIn
- Writing personalized outreach messages and managing daily communication with decision-makers
- Building and maintaining an organized pipeline in CRM
- Scheduling a high volume of qualified meetings for our business team
- Tracking KPIs, updating tasks, and following up consistently
- Collaborating with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality
Requirements:
- Minimum
1 year of experience
in B2B lead generation, pre-sales, SDR/BDR, or lead digging roles - Strong experience with LinkedIn (Sales Navigator is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Monday, or similar)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proactive, structured, and goal-driven mindset
- "Hunter" mentality — you create opportunities instead of waiting for them
